Our History

Founded in the early 50s, Savoy started its activities with projects for subdivisions on the coast of São Paulo and in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. In the 80s, it began to operate with the rental of commercial and industrial properties.

There are already 73 years of dedication that make Savoy a reference in leasing business, industrial and office spaces of all sizes, as well as areas for deposits, business and logistics distribution centers, galleries, stores in shopping centers, properties on public roads, lands for new uses, etc. In other words, numerous formats of spaces for your activity and business.
